Privacy Policy
Nami Technology JSC is the company that created the CrystalSound app as a commercial service, which is provided "as is".When we refer to “NamiTech”, “us”, “we” or “our”, we mean Nami Technology company who are responsible for personal data collected about you.
Our company collects personal information from site visitors, customers, and end-users who use the Service. Additionally, NamiTech collects certain information from third parties. By choosing to use the CrystalSound app, you are agreeing to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. The collected personal information is used to provide and improve the Service. NamiTech will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in the privacy policy. The terms used in the policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed on the CrystalSound website unless otherwise defined in the privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by NamiTech when you use our Site or Service, or otherwise provide us with personal information. It is important to carefully read and understand the policy before using the Site or Service. If you do not agree with the privacy policy, please do not download, install, register with, access, or use the Site or Service.
Information Collection and Use
CrystalSound processes your audio and your VoiceID locally. Your audio is private to you and we do not have access to your VoiceID nor we send your audio and voiceID out of your device.
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to cookies, email addresses, app version, current settings, apps used CrystalSound's virtual speaker or microphone, usage start times, and usage end times. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. Paid users can turn off usage tracking in the app's settings.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. CrystalSound Site is deployed on Vercel and we use the following Google’s Firebase services: Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions for Firebase, Cloud Storage for Firebase, Firebase Authentication. These Firebase services and Vercel are certified under major privacy and security standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3. In particular, for authentication purposes, Google’s Firebase may store and use some or all of the following information: email addresses, passwords, phone numbers user agents, IP addresses. User agents and IP addresses are employed by Google to provide added security and prevent abuse during sign-up and authentication. IP addresses will be logged temporarily by Google’s Firebase Authentication for a few weeks and will be removed automatically. Other information is retained in CrystalSound’s database. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error or warning in the app, we collect data and information on your PC called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, account information, device name, names of audio devices, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, sound quality metrics and problems during voice registration, and other statistics. We do not have access to your Log Data unless you report an issue in the app. We use the Log Data to help us debug and fix issues in the app. We do not share your Log Data with any third parties.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To perform Service-related services; or
- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
It is important to understand that NamiTech does not have the ability to access or retain any audio data. The microphone and speaker audio data is only processed on the user's devices, and NamiTech does not have access to this information nor do we store it. Additionally, the content of customer and end user conversations is not accessible by NamiTech as it is not shared with us.
Payment processing
We do not collect your payment information directly, nor do we store it. Instead, we utilize third-party payment processors that are PCI-compliant to collect payment information on our behalf to complete transactions. Although our administrators can view and track transactions through customer portals, we do not process or have access to your credit card information.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
